I had been searching for a property for a very long time. Initially, I worked with Donovan, but then decided to try someone else. When it came time to find my second property, I knew I wanted to work with Donovan again—and he welcomed me back with open arms. He provides insights, statistics, and reasons why a particular property may or may not be the best fit. Throughout our search, we came across properties that weren’t ideal, but my anxiety made me eager to settle. Donovan, however, knew better. Even when I started feeling discouraged, he kept pushing forward, refusing to let me give up. He even went out of his way to view a property on my behalf while I was at work. I'm a single female that recently purchased her first home. I had a tight budget, looking for minor/cosmetic fixer. Since I was looking for a condo/coop price &hoa fees were a major factor. Donovan was HONEST, patient, thoughtful, during the search. I appreciated that he would tell me a unit was not a good fit before I realized it. I first heard of Donovan during the COVID lockdown. He would lives on Instagram every week & every week I was there to listen. Donovan is very very informative. I picked him as my agent because of his knowledge of real estate. Any questions I asked he had an answer. Anything I needed during the process he helped anyway he could. Anytime I needed him at a property he was there! Very very helpful. Always checked in to make sure the process was going well. Donovan was always reachable & very reliable. You won’t be disappointed working Mr. D. Bailey!

Unfortunately, it was my mother's house we were selling since she had passed away. She had an old local yellow pages and you had an ad. Totally old school. Donovan came less than an hour after I called Century 21 and after examining the house, we discussed my concerns and needs about selling the home. The house had almost no improvements done over the years and Donovan explained how hot the market was in Elmont and was very honest about telling us how most likely a builder would buy the house to flip it or possibly do a tear down. The house sold in a couple of days for more than we thought we would get. Donovan stayed in contact with me until the closing keeping me posted on what was going on with the title search, etc.

What more can I say. Mr. Donovan Bailey displayed the upmost professionalisms throughout the whole process. Knowledgeable trustworthy dependable punctual all attributes that I seek now and in future endeavors. Truly was a pleasure doing business and will be doing future business in near future.

Donovan Bailey is the god to this homing buying experience. As a first time home buyer and do it alongside my mom with us both having busy schedules, he managed all of our schedules so we could all work together to achieve and but our first home. He answered even question along the way and educated us through this whole process. A copy of times we had lost the faith especially after 2 other homes deals didn't go through but he still kept positive and shared with us that maybe it wasn’t our time and the perfect deal will come and present itself when the time was right. BOY WAS HE RIGHT AND GOD SHINED HIS BLESSING UPON US. We are not living in our dream home and at a great price and he met all of our expectations plus more. I felt like we gained more of a realtor after this experience but a friend and an education to this world of realty and the process behind it.
